ConvertX is a Media Conversion utility that can convert Video and Audio files from one format to another.
There is a current support for 15 different formats with different presets. There is also an option
for Custom format where you can set the settings for your output video.

The App is still in its Beta stages and the UI is still under work.
App works in Windows XP up to Windows 7.
The apps is free and was designed to be as lightweight as possible.
